You concur that any action at legislation or in equity arising away from or associated with the Agreement will probably be filed just within the Courts regarding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and that you hereby consent and submit to your exclusive jurisdiction of these courts, positively waive the procedural defence of “forum non-convenien”. No action arising under or associated with the contract can be brought by either party one or more 12 months following the reason for action has taken place. This contract is governed and also to be interpreted solely by the guidelines of this Hong Kong Special Administrative area.
